Premier Pest & TermiteBowie, Texas940-284-1297

Pest control in Bowie, run by somebody who lives here.

Premier Pest & Termite covers Montague County and a good stretch either side of it. The same person answers the phone, walks your property, and does the treatment. No call center, no rotating tech, no upsell script.

What's moving in right now

September in North Texas. The heat is still on, the nights are turning, and everything outside is starting to look for a way in.

Scorpions

Late-summer heat pushes them under door sweeps and into bathrooms. Common in older Bowie houses with pier-and-beam.

Mice and packrats

First cool night and they head for the garage, the shop, the attic. Packrats will nest in a tractor that's been sitting and chew the wiring while they're at it.

Wasps and hornets

Nests are at their biggest and their touchiest this month. Eaves, porch ceilings, barn rafters.

Fire ants

Every rain brings fresh mounds up in the yard. Broadcast treatment beats chasing them one hill at a time.

We're new. We're not new at this.

Premier Pest & Termite opened its doors in Bowie in 2026, so there isn't a wall of reviews here yet. What there is instead: a phone that gets answered, a truck that shows up when it said it would, and a name that's easy to find in a town this size if the work isn't right.

One person, start to finish

The person who inspects your house is the person who treats it and the person you call if something comes back.

Straight pricing

You get a number before any work starts. No surprise line items, no contract you need a lawyer to leave.

Safe around family and stock

Products labeled and applied for homes with kids, dogs, cats and barn animals. We'll tell you what we're using and how long to stay off it.

We come back

If something's still moving between scheduled visits, the return trip is part of the service, not another invoice.

Before you call, you're probably wondering

Nobody likes letting a stranger walk around their house with a sprayer. Here's what most folks want to know first.

Is this safe around my kids, my dogs and my stock?

Yes, when it's done right. Most of the work is an exterior perimeter treatment, and everything gets applied the way its label says. We'll tell you what we used and how long to stay off a treated area before we leave — you shouldn't have to ask.

Do you have to come inside?

Usually not. General pest control is mostly an outside job, working the foundation, eaves and entry points. We come in when there's activity indoors, or for a termite or bed bug inspection where we need to see the structure.

Am I signing a contract?

Quarterly service is a schedule, not a rope. You get a price up front, and if you want to stop, you stop. No cancellation fee and nobody's going to argue with you about it.

How fast can you get out here?

Depends on the week, but this is a small enough operation that you'll get a real answer on the phone instead of a callback. Wasps and anything stinging get moved up.

Do I actually need quarterly service?

Not always, and we'll say so. If you've got one specific problem, a single treatment often handles it. Quarterly is for keeping things from starting — worth it for some houses, overkill for others. We'll tell you which one you are.

Tell us what you're seeing. The inspection is free.

Describe the problem over the phone and we'll tell you straight whether it needs a treatment or not. First service is 20% off your first service.
