Service
Ants and Fire Ants
The ants on your kitchen counter and the mounds in your yard usually need different products and different timing. Treating one does nothing for the other.
What you'll notice
- A steady trail along a baseboard, counter or windowsill
- Fresh mounds in the yard after every rain
- Ants around pet bowls or in stored feed
How we handle it
- Identify the species, because the bait depends on it
- Bait indoor colonies rather than just killing the trail
- Broadcast treat the yard for fire ants instead of mound-by-mound
- Re-treat after heavy rain when the mounds come back up
Why chasing mounds doesn’t work
Treating an individual fire ant mound moves the colony, it doesn’t end it. A broadcast treatment across the whole yard is the only approach that gets ahead of them, and it holds through the season.
Other things we handle
General Pest Control
Quarterly service inside and out. Covers the usual roster — roaches, spiders, silverfish, crickets, ants.
Termite Protection
Inspections, liquid barrier treatments and ongoing protection. Subterranean termites are active in this county year-round.
Mosquito Treatment
Yard treatments on a schedule through the season, plus finding and killing the standing water they're breeding in.
Rodent Control
Trapping, baiting and — the part most companies skip — sealing the way they got in so it doesn't repeat next fall.
Wasps, Hornets and Spiders
Nest removal and knockdown on eaves, porches, barns and shops. Including the high ones you'd rather not get a ladder out for.
Fleas and Ticks
Inside treatment plus yard and kennel areas. Country properties with dogs usually need both to get ahead of it.
Bed Bugs
Inspection, treatment and a follow-up visit. Discreet, unmarked arrival if that matters to you.
Real Estate Inspections
Wood-destroying insect reports for home sales and refinancing. Fast turnaround for agents and lenders in the county.
Commercial Accounts
Restaurants, clinics, offices, storage and shops. Service on your schedule with documentation you can hand an inspector.
