Termite Protection
Termites don't take a season off in North Texas. They swarm in spring, which is when most people first notice them, but the colony is eating the whole time.

- Full inspection of the structure, inside and under
- Identify the species and how far it has got
- Liquid barrier treatment around the foundation
- Annual re-inspection so nothing starts again quietly
Why this one matters more than the others
Roaches are a nuisance. Termites are a repair bill. The difference between a treatment and a structural job is usually how early somebody looked.
Slab and pier-and-beam
Bowie has plenty of both, and they fail differently. A slab hides the damage until it reaches a wall. Pier-and-beam gives you a chance to see mud tubes if somebody crawls under and looks. We do.
